There's a TOP03C HMI in an old machine.
I need change the program for new ideas.
but i didn't know anything about Uniop.
The HMI have two conneters, one is 15-pin, the other is 9-pin for S7-MPI.
What do i need for conneting the Uniop HMI to PC?
RS232 ? RS 485? How many pins?
Thanks.

Can I make the cable by myself?
It's too difficult to buy it here.

Sorry, I didn't understood you.
That you really need?
A soldering technology or a cable schematic diagram?
If the first - sorry, I cant teach you via INTERNET.
If the second - then you was must to click on same blue words in my 1-st message.

Thanks, the second .
Can I use the Aux-port (mine is 9 pins for S7-MPI) to connect my PC ?
In the files you post is 15-pin.

Wait...
So in panel you need 15pins.
This is clear.
In PC side you need (according to the drawing) 25 pins.
In modern PC there hasn't this type of connector.
There has 9pins serial. In this way you will need one converter (buy it) from 25 to 9 pins.
In other way using http://www.tech-faq.com/9-to-25-pin-ser ... inout.html
you could trace each wire from drawing for 25 pins connector and transfer analogical to 9pins connector.

What is the software to do the uploading/downloading, unidataexchanger or designer or any other software?? If I upload the HMI program, could I edit it? I am new for this brand and couldn't find any article about doing it.
