[?]: Anlaog Input module showing Open using Thermo Couple

Hello All,

One of our customer using VIPA 200V Systems fortheir Injection mould systems. all the heater controlled via SSR outputs .
The Thermocouple connected directly to the module (K type) (module type No 231-1BD53).
The systems was working fine for a couple of months. suddently the AI module not reading the temp by showing Open (Counts 32767).
We are wodering what was gone wrong.

Field Wiring and details:
1.The thermocouple cable used here is compensated cable.
2.The thermocouple fitted directly on the module .
3. All the heater cable are isolated(3 phase)

May be the our thing is some times heater gets shotcircuit with body , it will affect the modules?
There is a MCB protection is there for Heaters. We only reaplce the module.
We are not able to find the exact fault.

If anybody facing this type of problems please give ideas to solve the above issue
