[PROBLEM] Painel View 300 Mini

Hi.
People, yesterday I sent a backup to my Painel View 300 Mini.
This Painel works with rs232, but a sent a backup with dh485. It didn't works any more.
I've tried to send a correct backup with a correct communication, but now it has a conflit with the communication of the Rslinx.
My question is: There is a method to clean the memory of the Painel View 300 Mini without program, just using the keyboard keys?
Would anyone help with this problem?

I've tried it, but there is nothing that could help me.
I checked all the parameters about the communication in the configuration , but there
show me DH1 RS232 with all the correct parameters.

If you have the A-B PLC program file or correct communication setting send it to me too.
Let me know the cat.# your panel also.
Do you have the 2711-M3A19L1 or the 2711-M3A18L1 panel type?
The both types used RS232 for programming, but for work the 2711-M3A19L1 have DH-485 and the 2711-M3A18L1 have DF1 (based on RS232) interface.

Hello everyone...

People I manage to communicate with painel view 300 micro.

let's see what i did:
1 - I put the painel in configuration mode
2 - In communication, I see all the parameters about it and I write it to RSlinx using RS-232 DFI devices.
3 - I didn't press auto-configure, i just press ok.
4 - Now it is works.

When i used Auto-configure it didn't work.
