i want instal cp433-5dx04-0xe0 v6.5 but in library not find this version i use pcs7 6.1 and step7 5.5

it's not recommended to do update of PCS7 software like in your case - PCS7 6.1 with Step7 5.5. Or might you meant PCS7 7.1?
