[?]: Zenon 5.50 SP3 problem (i have the Dongle and serial)

When i insert my serial number and activation key i can not load the project. But in demo mode i can load the project.

i have the Dongle and serial.

after insert my serial number
i try

file-open workspace-Nothing happend

and in start picture it shows my serial but in activation key it showed FOR RESALE ONLY Why?

Buy in other comupter i yesterday face the same proble and solve it but i dont know how i solve it. What i do yesterday i do it today but still same problem

1.Can any one show me How to load the project?
2. Any Crack for Zenon 5.50 SP3
