[?]: Extension cable for MELSEC Q base unit

Hello to all,

Maybe, do someone know what is the type of extension cable for MELSEC Q base unit?
I have Q35B-E base unit and Q55B extension unit.
These units are interconnected by cable QC05B or QC06B etc.
What type of the male connector of the cable????
I would like to try to create a cable myself.
