No.
Dongle is VERY expensive. It is cheaper to buy S7-2226 and connect port 0 to S7-300 MPI, and use S7-200 port 1 as Modbus device, then buy a dongle for CP341.

Yes, it is possible , if you use VIPA CP341

it't compatible with PCD2 xx7 and Siemens S7 CP cards.

Difference with siemens modbus, this is without a dongle and only requires plc memory...

i think you can request a demo version (which is a siemens protected SFC block) which can easily be reversed/unlocked....
