[?]: wincc - send e-mail and /or sms and /or vocal message

Hello friend's my customer ask to me to send a e-mail, sms and vocal message when a critical alarm occour.

my system is a two cpu 416 ( non redoundant ) an 3 wincc 7.0 station

in case of warning i need to send a e-mail and sms
in case of critical alarm i need to send a sms, a e-mail and vocal message via GSM

for the vocal message i think a recorded file .mp3 but i dont know how to send via gsm

i need to have 250 - 300 different message

anyone have a suggest for me ?
how to do via wincc or plc to send sms/e-mail and vocal message ?
exist any hardware to buy or add for wincc to do this ?
