Help me ..

how to connect PC to Schneider Modicon Quantum 140 CPU 113 03, step by step how i must to do..
i have software concept xl V2.6.. and use RS232 cable..

after iam isntall concept xl v2.6,
pop up show
"After installation of concept, you have to install the service release CD in addition.
this CD contains the latest EXECs, loadables, and Loader.
Please install the service release CD to the concept root directory"
where i can find the service release? plis help me


how to connect with rs232 ? download the program from PLC,,..
