[?]: Intouch 9.5/10.1 does not run

Hi
Could anybody give me a suggestion why my WWIntouch did not run?
Last time , I install WW 9.5, and it worked fine but now after I start WW maker, nothing happen.
I already have application data worked before.
I uninstall WW9.5 and install with new WW10.1, and license file 1-Sep-2011, but the problem is same.
The WW maker does not run and no warning appear.

Please help.

Start the SMC (System Mananagment Console) and go to Log Viewer in order to understand what's happens after its starting. Also check the antivirus program and firewalls.

I've done with your help but still do not know what happen.
I disable all of virus software in my computer: Microsoft essential and avast too.
Could you see my log file and give me some advise.

I found that tech Note from Wonderware, but I can not try with my computer.

I install WW Intouch in VMware station and it work now.
If some one has this problem too, could you try it and give me your result ?
