[?]:Installing WinCC flexible 2007 issue = almservice failed

I am trying to install WinCC 2007, but It halts with this error:

error 1920 service almservice failed to start.
Verify thet you have sufficient privileges to start system services¨¨

I am logged as admin, ant firewall off. Please, what to do?

Start service manually.
Administrative tools/Computer management/Services.
This happens sometimetimes when power options are not set, or if chipset drivres aren't OK.


Note: ALMSERVICE is Automation Licence Manager Service. You can not run WinCC Flex or Step7 etc. without it.
