Hello,
I have a VIPA PLC with PtP port which supports Modbus RTU communication,
but I don't know how to make simply communication with slave devices.
I'm looking for libraries in STEP 7 to support Modbus master PtP port in VIPA
for example, such as libraries for the S7-200 (is simply to use)

thank you, I saw this document, it presents a general algorithm for communication but does not give a proven solution.
I am beginner programmer and write the universal FB or FC block operating Modbus communication is a problem for me.
S7-200 has a library and the implementation of Modbus communication is easy for me. Why not modBUS library for VIPA?
I still need library for STEP7 to ModBus communication.
Maybe somebody of you made such a communication and has written function to operating ModBUS
