[?+]: open MMC WLD file and as Step7 project

I have 128 KB MMC from CPU 314C-2DP XXX.WLD file
and tried to open by WinLC RTX >File>Restore but there is

"Restore failed. The previous Step 7 user program may still exist."

and by Step 7 v5.3 Simatic Manager but "Block already exists".
Is it possible to open this offline without CPU and save it as step 7 project?

Done, I've opened with WinPLC7. There was 3 same FC blocks.
