[?]: WinCC 4.0 Runtime error on a Windows NT

Hi All,

We have WinCC 4.0 running on a Windows NT PC.

Whenever I tried to put the WinCC into runtime it gives a error saying

error wrote:"Archive srv.exe not found"

and once I give continue, it goes to runtime and doesn't show any objects.
All the objects are showing as unknown.

I have tried to open the Graphics designer and I don't see the basic object pallet (only advance object pallet is available) in the window.
It happens if I create new project also.

Please help me to solve this issue.
