Hi all,

I've got error message in touch screen

System program not exist

what's the progaram to use it to download , and how can i do ?

This means that no user application exists. Use NT Support Toool to download user application.

I can't access to the touch screen to download the application ,
could you let me know the way to download in this case, please.

Go to System Setup (Pressing two corners on screen) and then set your ports and protocols.
