Can you please help us we have develop the logic for FRABA encoder in PLC but when machine goes on high speed there are some missing occur in Compare Command the output bit is not set due to reason of high speed see attached FC10 bits M80.1,M80.2>>>>
Is this scanning time problem or something wrong with logic please advise..????

Problem is that when machine goes on high speed the CPU not responding for Scaning to proccess the encoder data on Machine high speed because the encoder data (PIW) compared 25 time in a block (OB35) thats why some missing occure in high speed we have configure the exucution time 10ms in OB35 cyclic intrrupt tab but problem is still..

Hi,
I use the similiar method on a filling machine.
On this machine encoder had only 8 bits.
In PLC, OB35 scan time is 2 ms (S7-400)
Try to reduce time scan of OB35.
