First of all, you mast to setup channels into your micrologix 1100 programm.
And to do same for panel.( Your application UP00067-HMI is secured. Do you know the Login & Password for Designer right? )

First of all, it should be noted that the direct link between the panel PVc-C600 and controller MicroLogix-1100 is only possible via the serial interface.
See pages 60-61 of PanelView Component HMI Terminals User Manual 2711C-UM001F-EN-P
Usually use RS232 DF1 protocol via cable 1761-CBL-PM02 (see there page 63).
I found it in your projects for the panel (and to the controller too) no serial port settings. This should be done.
Apply for this program RSLogix500 + RSLinx and PanelView_Component_DesignStation.
You also need to install the controller the same name in both projects.
