FTView ME - Display screen, start and close by tag?

Hi ,
I'm wondering what is the easiest way to start and close display screen by tag.
For example.
I have binary input which is aliased to a Tag names as "Door".
I would like have a possibility to start a screen (like a pop-up window) when a "Door" is 1 and close it when a "Door" is 0.

Can anybody help me please?
