[?]: How can i copy the WinCC ASIA USB Dongle?

In WinCC V7 ASIA version, there is one more license named WinCC USB Dongle in the USB license stick.
It seems i can not make a image include that license.
So i can not restore the image to non-SIEMENS USB stick.
Is there any way that i can make a complete image for ASIA version stick?

But USB image tool still can not totally copy the license stick.Previously, i used winimage, it is no use either. I still can not create an available license stick for WINCC V7 ASIA.

I have this dongle here for testing. Cloning: no results. Maybe it reads the Vendor ID or the name of this
