[?]: problem with eplan p8 2.1

Hello,

I just installed Eplan 2.1.
When I want to start a new project, I get an error about not finding the targetdirectory for the project.
I cannot load the templates needed to create a project. I have to search for it in the installed directory of eplan. When I did, the project was created, but it says some libraries: like "special" could not be loaded. I cannot get any symbols whatsoever.

How can I make this work?

Probably you did not installed the original master data and that's why you have problems. They re installing the software with all the master data plugins.
