[?]: Any Rockwell SW that acts like Ethernet/IP Scanner?

I was wondering if any of mentioned tools (RsLinx, RsLogix, etc.) has the ability to behave like Ethernet/IP Scanner (without actual PLC, directly over PC's ethernet interface).
I need to do some basic verification of adapter SW, but I don't have real AB/Rockwell PLC device.
Beckhoff's TwinCAT perform as EtherCAT master and this is really nice way to have proven master and work on slave implementation.
But is it possible with AB/Rockwell tools?
