[?+]: Licence problem when install ALL keys

Hi all!

I worked normaly in TIA Stp 7 Professional V11 + SP1 + HF2. Never worked with S7-300, I worked with S7-1200 only.
First time I had to insert a S7-300 station (example S7-314C-2 PN/DP), I got a message that 'No licence key were found'?

Sorry, but your AX NF ZZ directory is scrapyard.
Do not use short keys for new programs.
Remember for the future - Cheap keys lock expensive keys. See http://support.automation.siemens.com/W ... n/24200966
Use only those keys that you really need.
Do not use the zoom when placing images. See viewtopic.php?f=2&t=5669&p=44957#p44957 How to place screencopy image

Не используй короткие ключи для новых программ.
Запомни на будущее - Дешевый ключ блокирует работу дорогого ключа. Смотри http://support.automation.siemens.com/W ... n/24200966
Устанавливай только те ключи, которые тебе реально нужны.

Do not use short keys for new programs = Delete all keys.
Use only those keys that you really need = Install keys for the Professional version only.
Restart Windows.

Удали все ключи.
Установи ключи только для Профессиональной версии.
Перезапусти Windows.

STEP 7 (TIA Portal) Basic V11 S7-1200 TIA Portal License not relocatable, but installed automatically
The licenses for these products are supplied on the installation DVD data medium (that is built into the installer) and are installed automatically during installation by the Setup.
There is no separate installation storage medium (stick, floppy disk) with licenses and you cannot transfer the licenses to other computers.

May be you have license keys on another drives, not c:\ Post screenshot of "Installed keys" folder of EKB Install

In my systems (WXP, W7H, W7H64, W7P32, W7U64) it work correct.

Show Installed software in ALM.

Why in your OS (Vista/Windows 7 ?) it say 32 when ONLY ONE key is installed ?
Why ALM not made request to install Trial key ?


Try in Virtual Machine.

And why Step7 v5.5 is licensed without key ?

No, Step7 V5.5 is licenced corretcly. You told me to have only one licence, I did it for a short time, but I had to restore V5.5 licence later in order to work with S7-300 in any way.
This snapshot was taken after V5.5 licence is restored.

Still open question, showing '32 licences installed' whe only one licence were intalled.
But, It works for me, no complain there
