[?] Can't load eplancommon.dll

Hii guys,
I have got to the root of the problem of "Can't load eplancommon.dll" and eplan is not starting. If you are running previous eplans (Eplan P8 1.9.....). There are many aspects. If any one is facing this problem then you are welcome to ask. but tell when eplan is shows the message at the time of starting

Hi i've got the .dll problem. When i start the program, it immediately pops up with the error code: can't load EplanCommon.dll then, if i click OK, several times pops up the error messages, then the program shuts down. Can you help me? (All i've done is so far, i've gained an EplanCommon.dll file)
