How can we understand the relationship between wincc v7 and plc telemecanique premium tsx was established.
And how elements of hardware must be used؟

1) WIN CC OPC Client-> Shneider-Aut.OFS (OPC Server) + Unitelway Driver => Adapter TSX PCX 1031 (or TSX CUSB 485 + TSX CRJMD25) => TSX Premium (TER Port)
2) if TSX Premium with Ethernet (TSX P57 *6***)
2a) WIN CC OPC Client-> Shneider-Aut.OFS (OPC Server) + XIP Driver or Modbus TCP => Ethernet => TSX Premium (ETY Port)
2b) WIN CC Modbus TCP Client => Ethernet => TSX Premium (ETY Port)
2) if TSX Premium with Ethernet (TSX P57 *6***)
2a) WIN CC OPC Client-> Shneider-Aut.OFS (OPC Server) + XIP Driver or Modbus TCP => Ethernet => TSX Premium (ETY Port)

If I use wincc v7 in the Tagmanagment modbus tcp/ip protocol. What interface should I use a computer and a rack plc?

These PLC no haves Ethernet. For Modbus TCP in plc - use Module TSX ETY110 or higher.
