[?]: about interaction between two PLC

is a problem if the output from another PLC (Schneider old generation) will go directly into an entry of an Allen-Bradley Auto? voltage is 220V AC
Allen-Bradley is slc 500 with 5/03 CPU

Use:
1746-IM16 - 16 input rated at 170-265V AC (50/60Hz)
1746-OA16 - 16 output 85…265V AC

Not a problem for ALLen Bradley 1746-IM16 Imput if Ouput of Schneider PLC not relay?
