[?]: Install error of Cemat on VMWARE

I install windows xp2 in VMWARE, then install PCS7 therefore while installing cemat v7.0
getting error message

An error Occur ed during the move data process-2147024891
Component :- Copying OS Files
file Group :- Cemat OS Files
file :- D:\CEMAT_CS\

Cemat works properly on VMWare. Please check your insallation set.
