I can trade my V5 dongle image for Siemens kepware for another V5 dongle/license.
My v5 only works for an older V5.xxx since licenses are for specific date support

I believe that's because KEPServerEXV5 service (executable file server_runtime.exe) on your PC uses usp10.dll from Windows/system32 folder and not from the place where you copied it. That could be checked by ProcessЕxplorer, for instance.

Probably usp10.dll is marked as 'known dll' at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\KnownDLLs in registry

Reboot in normal mode and check.

Not tested - try on your own risk
