[?]: why my hardware configure can not monitor online

my plc program hardware confiure can not monitor online.
i open my hardware configure using step v5.5 and click offline<>online.
every time it tell there is some difference.
in the before i am sure the hardware configure can be monitor online.
i think i only did some plc program modify and did nothing to hareware configure.
now i am surprised for why hardware is different from online.
network configure is same as the online and can be monitored online.
because i am sure my did nothing to my hardware configure,
i redownloaded the hardware configure to plc and not containing network configure and plc orogram.
when i finished the hareware configure redownloading and click offline<>online.
it also tell some difference to online hardware configure.
so now i do not kown how to do?
who can help me?

Hi

Are you certain that the PLC program is the same both Off- & On-line?
In "Simatic Manager", go to menu "PLC" -> "Upload Station to PG", and upload everything from PLC to your computer.
(It's better to do that in a new project)

Then, go Online with what you just downloaded.

Then compare this with the program you're now trying to go Online.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER, NEVER BE SURE!
ALWAYS DOUBLE CHECK AGAIN & AGAIN & THEN SOME MORE!
FINALLY, CHECK ONCE MORE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!

(It's better to do that in a new project)

i remenbered i have uploaded the everything from PLC and make one copy backup.the upload can go online.but the upload program did not contain the network-configure and some temp variables change to temp1 temp2 ...not easy to read them.
anywhy the upload project is different from my original project.
i will compare to my plc soft program and checking...
