[?]: Replacement of RAM with Flash in S7-400?

Hi friends,

I have S7-400 redundant systems running on RAM and of course batteries.
I have lost both PLC's on a multiple faults situation.
Now i am planning to replace RAM modules with Flash so as to have more reliable system

I just wanna confirm from an expert that the same user program will work on flash.

I feel there should be no problem but as the system is involving three polymer plants so I want to be 100% sure.
