[?]: RS Logix5000 "Failed to delete module"

Hi,

I'm working with RSLogix5000 V20 using ControlLogix L71CPU and 1756-EN2T communicate with three Flex I/O using 1794-AENT. In the I/O Configuration, i want to delete flex i/o 1794-IB16 but i've got error message :

"Failed to delete module '[7]1794-IB16/A' Module is not initialized. Likely cause is the module identity (CIP Key) or the module parent is not set"

Please advise

Make sure that you have the proper 'EDS' files installed. If not, then install them.
