Hello All
We have a "Failsafe AI Hart" Module in a redundant configuration with CPU S7-414 FH.
When we start the system, FS AI modulee goes to stop mode and cannot be initiated!
But changing the CPU to S7-417 FH, these modules start and work properly!
Is it necessary to use FS AI Hart signal modules only with CPU S7-417?!
What is your recommandation ?

Hi,
FAI is ok in 414 or 417 system. you should pay attention to FAI module F-Parameter. The other things is you should check the wire. if you not wire a ch,but parameter is set to check wire break,maybe it's red led is on.goo luck
