[?]: need configure PLC s7-416-3 dp and PCS7 station

hello
i have to do a program whith pcs7 and cemat , the job requested is to configuer frmo an engineering station ,an OS and realize program which controls a silos in cement plant
the list of the hardware part is :
s7-400:-416-3 dp
- cp 443-1
- cp 443-5 EXT
and ET200M whith digital I/O.
the enginnering station is connected to plc S7-400 via ethernet through the CP443-1 and ET200M is connected via profibus to CP443-5EXT.
please guide me to start the hard configuration and the us of pcs7?
