and also where i can get file system for this panel? and any software to use?

IMHO the best way updating is the use flash card.
It's very simple:
Write file on flash card -> Inset card into panel -> Power On -> Wait -> Enjoy
But any project in panel will be lost!

How old your Panel? Maybe replace back-light lamp to need?

but i don't have backlight lamp for change; it's commercialised??

Yes, these lamps are sold as spare parts.
But!!!
Unfortunately, I'm faced with the fact that apparently the same panels are inside a display matrix from different vendors, and of course, the different backlight.

I got question about firmware too,
Had some work to do on this panel:


I'm using Factory Talk View Studio 6.10.00 (CPR 9 SR 4), Patch 00, Build 09

The problem is that I can't change any firmware on factory. So is there any way to tell if I can modify/upload project with this? Or what I have to install to do it. And I got to do it in one visit
