Good day,
I am working on VLT drive communicating with PLC over profibus. I am successfully running the drive upto 60Hz by sending the 100% reference signal to the drive (16384 decimal). As far as i know it is possible to run the drive over 60 Hz. I would like to know how can i make this drive to run it on 70 Hz. Do i need to send values above 16384 or it is the parameter within the drive i need to adjust. In case it's about parameters only let me know which parameters should i change.
Thanks in anticipation,
Best Regards,
Danfoss VLT speed via profibus

Re: Danfoss VLT speed via profibus
From the manual as far as i understand we need to increase the maximum output frequency, High speed limit, and the reference range.
Nothing to do with the PLC as we are just sending the % from PLC to the VFD.
I am just confirming it because this is first time i am working on drives. I don't have much experience.

Hi
Look at parameters P202 for out put frequency Hi limit and the maximum reference in parameter P205 that is all for your situation. so If you put p205=60 HZ for example and p202 = 50 HZ then you reference limited to which you put on p202 (50HZ).
