I want to know how to create excel or PDF report by using Vijeo Citect

1) For PDF report use Device type PRINTER. Use PRINTER drivers types PDFCreaters, for example BULLZIP PDF Printer.
2) For output to excel You do not have to use reports. Use cicode functions and DDE, or ODBC, or ActiveX, or OLEAutomation+CitectVBA, or Device type CSV or ...

I knew how to create report az *.rtf file and also showing report in citect. is there any reference that i can read and learn?

1. Download driver for print to PDF: for example http://www.bullzip.com/products/pdf/info.php
2. Install this Driver to system
3. In Citect create Device: type=PrinterDev, name=printerName
