[?]: Even History Not Work ON windows 7

Dear All,

Can you help me to how fix the error when Runtime WinCC flexible on PC ( PC install with Windows 7 ( Ultimate/Pro))

I try to test on Windows XP - all data record on Even History is normal but when I online by Windows 7 with Runtime PC - some data can not record.

Please help me - I'm very urge to fix it. thanks
