Hi Dear,

I think Cx-Programmer help will give you better idea.(F1 after selecting SFTR instruction block)

You need to select a slot of WR/CIO for the instruction & then depends on the edges of the input, it will shift the bits.

Your Trigger & shift bit will be depends upon the bit location of your control word.

i.e., if you have CIO500 as your control word then bit CIO500.12 will be shifting direction, 500.13 will be Data input(what to shift:1 or 0?), 500.14 will be shift I/p(when to shift) & CIO500.15 will be Reset input to reset all bits to zero of your starting to end words.
