Siemens Touch panel

Dear All
I use wincc flexible 2008 to built a project for a touch panel 377 12" ,
The Wincc Flexible
Version 2008
Build V1.3.0.0_1.83.0.1

The panel order number 6AV6 644-0AA01-2AX0

When I use Transfere the program ask me to update the OS of the device
When I use Transfere the OS Update the Message

"Cannot perform Restore opertion. Backed up file(s) not compatible with the operating unit.

Check the operating system version and hardware configuration of operating unit"

What Can I do to fix this problem????

2. Install SP3 and update 3 for SP3

I install winccfex 2008 SP3 and update 3
and the version become
Version 2008 sp3 upd3
build k01.04.00.03_01.05.00.09

and the problem still the same

unfortunately I stick in this factory in very far place from cities and I have not camera therefore I wrote evry letter in the panel plate.

If the operating system of the panel is already compatible with the version of ProTool used, you must check the MPI/PROFIBUS addresses used of the PG and panel.
If the panel and the PG happen to have the identical MPI/PROFIBUS address, the transfer is also aborted with the message described.

Dear CoMod
I use ethernet port in my laptop with address 192.168.1.70 and I set the IP address of the panel to 192.168.1.1 and I ping it and there is areplay. and I didnot use MPI address.
What can I do know????

I use MPI addapter with address 0 and select the MPI address of panel 12 and the problem still the same.
