CP1613A2 ISO and TCP simultaneously dont work

Hi all. There is working system with H-station (2x414-4) and three operator workstations (InTouch), which communicated via ISO protocol.
Now i have to add three 3152PN/DP in this system for auxiliary aggregates control. I want to connect new controllers to the H-stations switch and communicate with InTouch via TCP. Problem in the following - after adding "Use TCP" on CP1613A2 properties i compile project in NetPro, then during downloading this station occours the message "CP1613 in station cannot be started". In the diag. buf. there are next messages:
The component is sending a negative response. TFservice: 28.
The component is sending a negative response. S7 error code: 8703
Component database invalid
Is anybody use such configuration (ISO and TCP on one board simultaneously)? What is wrong?

P.S. In HW Config cant find 6GK1161-3AA01, therefore 6GK1161-3AA00 used.

Sorry.
Problem was on uncorrect settings of IPs of NDIS and Network card. It was identical, and its wrong. Station was downloaded and started with ISO and TCP activated. But now i have a new problem. I can not download the CPU315 via TCP.
