Starter 4.3 and bye to help parameters

I recently updated to Starter 4.3.1.3 +HF5 and after that, the help for the individual parameters is no longer working. I mean, in the expert list, when right clicking the mouse and pressing "parameter help", nothing happens. In windows 7 32. The same thing when double click any drive alarm, before the help came out, now is finished. Am I the only one? I unisntall and reinstall and same problem.
