Project migrator error CS AlarmLogging could not be updated

I'm using project migrator for migrate a 6.2 sp2 project to wincc 7. But the following error appears:

PROJECT TYPE: single user

MIGRATION OBJECTS:
pictures and libraries

START TIME: 2013-01-25 16:15:40

ERROR: Error while opening WinCC project. hr=0x80030050 --> CS AlarmLogging could not be updated.
ERROR: Error while closing WinCC project.
FINISH TIME: 2013-01-25 16:15:40

Migration finished with errors.
