[?+]: Can't work with simulation module PLCSIM

Hi.
Can't work with simulation module.
I choose PLCSIM local on a plcsim panel, after make PG interface on a Simatic Manager and set a same configuration-OK,
choose a download to PLC,and open exicting project.
When I try set a online connection have message "not possible online with CPU".
What I do wrong?

Is PLCSim running when you try to download to it?
