Dear All
I have Honeywell Touch screen 900CS15, When we make a new download to the Touch screen the screen turn to black and all icons disappeared, but the power LED and memory LED on.
When we make another download ther is Error Msg "unable to connect to communication port.
What Can I Do to solve ths problem????????

Dear All
I fixed the problem by making cold restart procedure:-
1-Turn off the Touch screen.
2-Press F1 and F2 then power up.
3-Hold pressing tell a message appear
Press F1 to Clear Database --------
--------------------------------
4-Press F1
5- Restart the touch screen
