TIA Portal Upload Problem

TIA Portal Upload Problem

Hi All
I have a problem with TIA Portal V12.I want to upload HW configuration and program blocks to PC.But Upload button is passive everytime.
I can see PLC in Accesible Devices and see all blocks but I can't copy.Can you help me please.
