[?]: Error ControlFLASH 11.00.00

I want to install the new firmware of the CompactLogix 1769-L30ER,
but when start the ControlFLASH installer I get the error:
The installer was interrupted before ControlFLASH could be installed.
You need to restart the installer to try again.
What I cand do to fix this?

RSLogix 5000 v 11.00 install only on Windows XP SP1
