[?]: MP277 10" Touch reflash - white screen

I've an MP277 panel which wont boot up.
Only a white screen.
I was told that it is possible to reflash the panel using a RS232/PPI Multi-master cable.
I was trying to restore factory defaults using prosave and this cable, but it asks me to boot up the panel (which ofc. wont boot up).

Is there any way to repaire the boot sw, maybe with jtag flasher, or only siemens can repaire it?
