[Eplan ProPanel] Devices 3D symbol do not display details vw

Hi all,
Every time i pick a new devices and drop into panel, the details of device do not display (all look like a gray box).
In demo project, the display is ok but when i pickup new device, this device display gray box again.
Simplified Representation is off.

Please help.

the device does not have an macro associated with it...
