Would like to ask if anyone encounters a problem with a Siemens Box PC re: virus infection?
Upon the information that we received from our client (Philippine), the IP Address that we configured for the device has scanned at least 1000 IP address in 1 hour on the port 445. According to them, this port is virus prone.
But as we research on this ('cause personally we never encounter such not until today) the Box PC is not affected by virus. Although since we are running it on Windows XP, would it cause anything?
BTW, this Box PC is also on the office network.
Can someone help me on how this one will be corrected? Or is it really possible that the device can be infected by a virus? Or will the device can cause a network virus?
