Hello everyone,
I have a Schneider Quantum 140NOE77110 Ethernet Network card, SV 02.10.
Tried to flash a newer firmware version 3.5 and now the card is bricked.
Basically, I should upgrade the firmware to version 3.0 and only then to version 3.5, but Schneider did not put any information about that in version 3.5.
Is there any way to fix the card by myself?
Schneider wants about 800$ to fix it.
Thanks.

Hello,
in your case you need update first kernel to version 3.0 otherwise you destroy your modul.
This information is written in manual for new firmware or firmware update manual.
If you can't ping NOE, so you can also not repair it.
800$?
You get new one much cheaper.

For firmware 3.5 there was no ANY information about upgrading to v3.0 first, and then to v3.5 which was bad
I got one on Ebay fo $500, but I still have a bricked one on my desk and I thought maybe there is a way to fix it somehow?

Units Suitable for Upgrading:
The existing NOE Executive version must be v3.0 or higher and kernel v3.0 or higher.
So, if you don't update kernel to 3.0 or higher, you destroy the NOE. Are you able to ping the modul?
