I need some help about rs-485 communication with ABB drive ACH550. For communication drivewindowLight 2.9 is using. When i try to connect to drive it gives an error.
Do you have an idea how i can fix this ?

Your drive system firmware is different from your drive window version. You need to refer to the compatibility matrix.

You need to update drivewindow light to new version, and also update the driver of RS232 cable. The connection on control panel port of ACH550 is RS232 not RS485.
